Biography
DK–BEL was set up in Villiers-le-Bel in 2004 to promote art among the most vulnerable audiences, with inclusion at the core of its work. It creates and broadcasts shows in France and abroad, often featuring dancers with and without disabilities. DK-BEL focuses on three main aspects in its performances: Artistic creation for ALL and doing it together; Prioritising PEOPLE in all its projects; and Membership of international NETWORKS by sharing art

Leena Ylä-Mononen is Executive Director of the European Environment Agency. She was Director-General at the Ministry of Environment of Finland and worked at the European Chemicals Agency and the European Commission.
