Debbie Kohner is Secretary General of the European Network of National Human Rights Institutions (ENNHRI). She is a solicitor, having practised law in London and Madrid. She also worked in the NGO sector and at the British Parliament in Westminster.

Elena Kountouri Tapiero is Acting Regional Representative for Europe at the United Nations Human Rights Office. She has worked with several inter-governmental and expert UN bodies, including the Human Rights Council. She is a barrister-at-law and has practised international arbitration.

Daniela La Mattina is an e-learning Executive Officer at the Global Campus of Human Rights. She prepare, implement and evaluate e-learning activities. Previously, she worked as an EMA executive officer, and at the Sant’Anna School of Advanced Studies in Pisa. She also worked in the field of on democracy support at the European Parliament, the International Institute for Democracy and Electoral Assistance, and the Italian Embassy in Congo (Brazzaville).
