Peter Grk is Secretary General of the Bled Strategic Forum. He is National Coordinator for the Western Balkans at Slovenia’s Foreign Affairs Ministry. During Slovenia’s EU Presidency, chaired the Committee for Civilian Aspects of Crisis Management. He was Political Coordinator at the Permanent Mission of Slovenia to the United Nations. He was also an Advisor in the Cabinet of the Foreign Minister of Slovenia and as Chief Foreign Policy Advisor to the Prime Minister of Slovenia.

António Guterres is Secretary-General of the United Nations. He previously served as its High Commissioner for Refugees. He was Prime Minister of Portugal and member of the Portuguese Council of State. He served as member of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe. He founded the Portuguese Refugee Council, and is a member of the Club of Madrid, a leadership alliance of democratic former presidents and prime ministers.
