Menno Ettema is Head of the Hate Speech, Hate Crime and Artificial Intelligence Unit at the Anti-Discrimination Department of the Council of Europe. The Unit supports Member States with the implementation of Recommendations on combating hate speech and hate crime, and upholding equality and non-discrimination in the use of AI and algorithmic decision-making systems.

Graham Finlay is Assistant Professor at the School of Politics and International Relations, University College Dublin. He is currently using agent-based modelling to improve human rights outcomes in the Irish work visa system. He also teaches at the Global Campus of Human Rights, hosting its podcast ‘To the Righthouse’. He has published articles and reports on the theory of human rights, migrants’ rights and human rights policy coherence.

Michael Lysander Fremuth is Scientific Director of the Ludwig Boltzmann Institute of Fundamental and Human Rights. He is also Professor of Fundamental and Human Rights at the University of Vienna. He was a substitute Professor in Bayreuth, Freiburg, Berlin and Trier.
