Tuomas Pöysti is Supreme Guardian of the Law in Finland. He has an active portfolio of academic research in the field of administrative law and legal informatics.

Marianna Prysiazhniuk is a fellow researcher of the Vienna Forum for Democracy and Human Rights. She is also a journalist, an affiliated expert of the Ukrainian fact-checking project StopFake and a contributor for the Ukrainian edition of Glavcom.

Sirpa Rautio is Director of the EU’s Fundamental Rights Agency. Previously, she was Director of the Finnish Human Rights Centre and Chair of the European Network of National Human Rights Institutions (ENNHRI). She also chaired FRA’s Management Board. She has served many years in organisations such as the United Nations, Council of Europe, Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe and EU, working for human rights, democracy and the rule of law.
