How can we safeguard the values our democracies are built on? And how we can protect people’s rights in times of polycrisis? This panel will explore how to prevent backsliding of democracy and the rule of law. It will consider specific measures to address rights abuses and socio-economic inequalities which contribute to polarisation in our societies.
