Presilia works on the development of UEFA's 7 human rights policies (anti-racism, child and youth protection, equality and inclusion, football for all abilities, health and wellbeing, refugee support and solidarity and rights) of UEFA's Strength Through Unity strategy through the implementation of projects tailored and targeted to reach UEFA's short, medium and long term objectives.

This panel will take stock of the Forum discussions on protecting democracy and civic space, shaping a socially and environmentally sustainable Europe, and ensuring a rights-compliant digital landscape. Panellists will show the role human rights play in shaping our European societies, allowing people to flourish while upholding the values of dignity and equality. The outcome of the human rights tables − guided by the 'citizens' assembly' philosophy − under each thematic strand will feed into the discussion of this panel.

Thérèse Murphy is Professor of Law at Queen’s University Belfast. She is also the Raoul Wallenberg Visiting Professor at Lund University where she is part of a team focused on the future of human rights. She is also chair of the Global Campus’ European Master’s in Human Rights and Democratisation, and a member of the European Group on Ethics in Science and New Technologies.
