Matteo Mecacci is Director of the Office for Democratic Institutions and Human Rights (ODIHR) of the Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe (OSCE). He was previously President of the International Campaign for Tibet. He also headed the OSCE/ODIHR Election Observation Mission to Georgia in 2013. He was a Member of the Italian Parliament, Foreign Affairs Committee, and the OSCE Parliamentary Assembly. 

Roberta Metsola is President of the European Parliament. She was the Parliament’s First Vice-President and an active member in Parliamentary committees. She was the EPP Group’s Coordinator in the Civil Liberties, Justice, and Home Affairs Committee. She is a lawyer specialised in European law and politics. 

Dunja Mijatović is the Council of Europe Commissioner for Human Rights. Previously, she was the Representative on Freedom of the Media at the Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe (OSCE). She was also Director of Broadcasting at the Communications Regulatory Agency of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Chair of the European Platform of Regulatory Agencies and Chair of the Council of Europe’s Group of Experts on Freedom of Expression and Information in Times of Crisis.
