In partnership with Stop Ecocide International (SEI), Helena Zaide and Jennifer Laourou have founded Österreich gegen Ökozid (Austria Against Ecocide), the Austrian national team that advocates for the prevention and prosecution of ecocide as an international crime.

Jennifer is a student of the Vienna Master of Applied Human Rights at the university of Applied Arts.

Karin Le Bescont is a lecturer at the University of Vienna. She is an artist and member of Artists for Future Austria. She is also a creator of the climate time machine.

Hans Leijtens is Frontex’s Executive Director. Previously, he held positions as Commander of the Royal Netherlands Marechaussee and Governor of The Hague. He was also a member of the Frontex Management Board from 2011 to 2015 and 2019 to 2022.
