Biography
Gerry Liston is a senior lawyer with the Global Legal Action Network (GLAN). He is also a qualified solicitor in Ireland. He leads GLAN’s work on climate change litigation, notably the Duarte Agostinho climate case brought by six young Portuguese people against 33 states, and heard by the European Court of Human Rights.

Biography
Juan Fernando López Aguilar is a Spanish MEP for the Socialist and Democrats Group. He is the Chair of the Committee on Civil Liberties, Justice and Home Affairs. He is also the Rapporteur of the Crisis Regulation on the Migration Pact and Shadow Rapporteur of the Revision of the Antitrafficking of Human Beings Directive. He previously served as Minister of Justice of Spain.

Biography
Dmytro Lubinets is Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights (Ombudsman). He was appointed on July 1, 2022. 2019-2022 he was a non-party Member of Parliament for the Donetsk region and Chairman of the Committee on Human Rights, Deoccupation and Reintegration of Temporarily Occupied Territories. 2014-2019 he was elected the MP and Secretary of the Regulation Committee.
