Ivailo Kalfin is Executive Director of Eurofound. He is an expert on the labour market, social policy, global political trends and digital transformation. He was previously Bulgaria’s Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Foreign Affairs and Minister of Labour and Social Policy. He is also a former Member of the European Parliament.
Gábor Kerpel-Fronius is Deputy Mayor of Budapest. He is responsible for participatory budgeting, participation-related programmes and smart city development. He is a member of the Hungarian progressive-liberal party Momentum.

Morten Kjaerum was Director of the Raoul Wallenberg Institute of Human Rights and Humanitarian Law (RWI) in Sweden and adjunct professor at the University of Aalborg, Denmark. He was also FRA’s Director. Previously, he was Executive Director at the Danish Institute for Human Rights. He has also published extensively on human rights.
