Claire Godding is a senior expert at Febelfin, a Belgian federation focused on diversity and inclusion, and societal needs in the financial sector. She is Co-Chair of Wo.Men in Finance, involved in the Multicultural Bankers network, and Member of the Board at the Interfederal Centre for Equal Opportunities. She is also the Chair and Co-Founder of the Diversity Managers Association, Belgium.
