Janneke Gerards is Professor of Fundamental Rights Law at the Montaigne Centre for Rule of Law and Administration of Justice at Utrecht University in the Netherlands. She is also a member of FRA’s Scientific Committee and a substitute member of the Venice Commission.

She is also the Chair and Co-Founder of the Diversity Managers Association, Belgium.
