Agnès Diallo is Executive Director of eu-LISA. She has over 20 years of experience supporting government-level institutions and private sector organisations in the areas of digital identity, data protection, security and business transformation. 

Rachele Didero is a fashion and textile designer with her own start-up Cap_able. She is a PhD student in the Knit Lab research group at the Politecnico di Milano and the Tangible Media Group at the MIT Media Lab. While studying in Milan, New York and Tel Aviv, she developed and patented a textile to shield facial recognition, reflecting her focus on privacy protection and ethical product innovation. 

Sergey Dikman is in charge of the Council of Europe programmes supporting Member States with national implementation of European human rights standards. His work focuses on the execution of judgments of the European Court of Human Rights, alongside justice sector reforms. He is also a senior adviser on strategic cooperation development within the Human Rights Directorate.
