More and more young Europeans are listening to podcasts, citing it as a space to "make sense of the world" and break through the alarmist narrative of traditional media. Audio storytelling can provide a space for exploring solutions and amplifying underreported stories. We'll explore how.
Naira Davlashyan is an award-winning journalist and podcast producer. She works on ‘Ocean Calls’, a Euronews series focusing on the health of our seas. She specialises in creative storytelling and innovative media formats to address environmental, sustainability and social justice issues. She has contributed to AFP, the Associated Press and The New York Times.

Catherine De Bolle is Europol’s Executive Director. She was previously the General Commissioner of the Belgian Federal Police, and Chief of Police in Ninove, Belgium. In 2015, she received the title of Public Manager of the year.
