Israel Butler is Head of Narrative and Framing at the Civil Liberties Union for Europe. He supports activists and civil servants in communicating more persuasively on human rights, social justice and environmental protection. He specialises in strategic communications, as well as law and policy research and advocacy. He was previously a lecturer in law in the United Kingdom.

Scott Campbell isSenior Human Rights and Technology Officer at the United Nations Office of the High Commissioner for Human Rights. In this role, hHe leads their engagement in technology and human rights. He previously served as Representative of the United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights in Congo (Kinshasa), and Africa Section Chief for UN Human Rights in Geneva.

Carola Carazzone is Vice-President of Philea – Philanthropy Europe Association. She specialises in international human rights law. She also established the Human Rights Office of Volontariato Internazionale per lo sviluppo. She has been a Visiting Professor at academic institutions, international training centres and universities worldwide. She was Associate Professor of Fundamental Rights at Milan University. She was also Spokesperson for a network of 88 Italian human rights NGOs.
